Mr. Gee is responsible for the long-term strategy and operations of Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. Mr. Gee is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.
Ms. Allen is a Property Manager involved in leasing and property management. Ms. Allen a native of North Carolina has extensive experience in customer service and is fluent in Spanish.
Mr. Martin, a member of the investment committee, is responsible for identifying and executing MHP’s investment strategies. Mr. Martin has 25 years of experience in the acquisition, development, financing, and asset management of commercial real estate and structured finance investments. Prior to MHP, Mr. Martin was a Principal of Pinnacle Capital Partners, a real estate investment and development company. He also worked for Deutsche Bank Mortgage Capital originating and structuring loans for Deutsche’s credit tenant lease/structured products and conduit platforms. During his tenure at Royal & Sun Alliance, he originated and managed a multi-billion diversified real estate and structured products portfolio. Mr. Martin graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and a Master’s in Real Estate.
Mr. Owens is the Director of Renovations for Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. He brings over six years of hands-on manufactured housing experience in renovations and operations while previously serving as the General Manager for several properties across upstate South Carolina. Prior to working in the manufactured housing industry, Mr. Owens worked in Corporate Pricing and Product Management at Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, TN. Mr. Owens is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Human Resource Management.
As the Director of Operations, Julia heads the operations team that manages the company’s 44+ assets comprised of manufactured housing communities throughout the southeast. Julia’s brings with her over 10 years of extensive experience overseeing multi-state commercial portfolios that included over 500K SF of office, retail, medical, associations and multi-family assets. Julia graduated from Wingate University with a bachelor's degree In Organizational Communications and Management. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina and holds a CPM® Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Managers. Currently Julia is working on pursuing her MBA.
Mr. Olliver is the Director of Asset Management and Compliance at Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. Mr. Oliver oversees capital asset improvement projects and directs all on-site park and regional managers. Mr. Oliver has valuable tools to understand what is required to manage the maintenance and turnaround of newly acquired communities. Mr. Oliver has a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from East Carolina University.
Chelsea is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. where she assists with all financial, SEC, and tax reporting responsibilities. Chelsea is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and Texas. Prior to joining the Company, Chelsea worked for Ernst and Young, LLP for five and half years as a tax accountant where she assisted privately owned businesses and high-net-worth individuals with tax compliance, planning, and financial reporting. She specialized in businesses with flow-through structures and investments and clients within the real estate sector. During college, Chelsea worked at Trinity Industries, Inc. in their corporate tax department. Chelsea received her master’s degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University (“SMU”) and was valedictorian. She also received her BBA degree with a focus in accounting and a BA degree in Philosophy from SMU.
Mollie is currently the Director of Capital Markets for Manufactured Housing Properties Inc.; and oversees capital raising for the company. Her responsibilities include the design, implementation, sales and marketing of MHPC’s investment programs. A California native, she has spent over twenty years raising investment capital in the alternative and private equity space, including expanding offerings into the independent broker dealer channel and promoting products in the alternative investment arena. Mollie most recently worked with Highland Capital Management in Dallas, TX where she was responsible for building out their selling group and bringing the company successfully into the 1031 space. Ms. Boyce received her Bachelor’s Degree in 1993 from Westmont College, located in Santa Barbara, California; and is currently the securities principal for MHP and is licensed series 7, 63, 55 and 24.
Mariana is currently Vice President of Capital Markets for Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. and oversees capital raising for the company. Her responsibilities include the design, implementation, sales, and marketing of MHP’s investment programs. Prior to joining the company, Mariana worked for an international accounting and advisory firm, advising multi-national companies, international investors, and family offices on various US tax matters. Mariana a native of Mexico received her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Mr. Boscow is the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets for Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. His responsibilities include the design, implementation, sales, and marketing of MHPC’s investment programs. Mr. Boscow has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has served in various sales and marketing leadership roles at Wildermuth Securities, Wentworth Capital, Morningstar, Lincoln National Group, and RiverSource/Ameriprise Investors. Mr. Boscow has FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 certifications and holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Mendoza College at the University of Notre Dame, as well as a BA from Middlebury College.
Mr. Wardlaw is the President of Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. Previously, Mr. Wardlaw was a Managing Director with the Birdsey Group focusing on business development, underwriting, and debt & equity placements. From 2015 - 2020, Mr. Wardlaw was a managing director in Regions Banks Real Estate Capital Markets group marketing CMBS, FNMA, HUD, Affordable Housing, Credit Tenant Lease, and Loan Placement products to Regions Bank clients. Mr. Wardlaw oversaw the CMBS and Debt Placement businesses for Regions Bank Real Estate Capital Markets group. Prior to joining Regions in 2015, Mr. Wardlaw spent 14 years with Bank of America’s structured real estate finance group. In addition to banking experience, Mr. Wardlaw has six years of experience as a financial consultant with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Wardlaw has FINRA Series 63, 7 and 79 certifications and holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and an M.B.A. from the University of Florida.
