Raymond M. Gee has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. since October 2017. In this role, he oversees the Company’s strategic direction, capital allocation, and growth initiatives. Mr. Gee brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, structured finance, and investment management. He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gvest Capital LLC, a real estate investment and asset management firm. Before founding Gvest Capital, Mr. Gee served as Head of Real Estate and Structured Products at Royal & Sun Alliance, where he managed a multi-billion-dollar investment portfolio. Earlier in his career, he led Arthur Andersen’s Latin American Real Estate Practice in Mexico City. Mr. Gee earned a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Oklahoma.

Richard M. Gee is President of Manufactured Housing Properties Inc., where he leads the Company’s overall strategy, operations, and financial performance across a growing national platform. He oversees all aspects of the business and is responsible for its profitability, institutional capital relationships, and long-term growth. He has served as a member of the Company’s board of directors since October 2020 and President since January 2026. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gee served as a Policy Analyst in the Texas Senate. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and received his BA in Political Science from Southern Methodist University.

Adam A. Martin is the Chief Investment Officer of Manufactured Housing Properties Inc., where he leads the Company’s investment strategy and directs the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of acquisitions across its manufactured home community portfolio. He is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, deploying capital, and managing portfolio performance through disciplined asset management and value-creation initiatives. Mr. Martin brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, having previously served as CIO of Gvest Capital LLC and Principal of Pinnacle Capital Partners, with earlier roles at Deutsche Bank Mortgage Capital, Royal & Sun Alliance, Arthur Andersen, and American Appraisal Associates. He holds a BBA in Finance and a Master’s in Real Estate from Texas A&M University.

Susan Rosenblatt oversees the Company’s day-to-day operations with a primary focus on establishing and managing efficient operational processes and task execution. She ensures workflows are clearly structured, responsibilities are well defined, and teams operate consistently across departments. Her role centers on improving efficiency, maintaining accountability, and implementing scalable systems that support reliable and effective execution of the Company’s operational objectives. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Rosenblatt served as Director of Land Development at Gvest Capital, where she was responsible for the day-to-day development of projects. She brings more than 20 years of experience in estimating, land acquisition, and development. Ms. Rosenblatt received her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Carolina.

Evan Hooker has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since February 2025. He oversees all financial and tax reporting responsibilities and is integral to the Company’s capital markets and acquisitions departments. Prior to this role, Mr. Hooker managed relationships with the SEC and the Company’s external auditors, which included financial reporting and compliance. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in Charlotte, where he spent four years as an auditor serving public and private clients in the capital markets industry. Mr. Hooker received BS degrees in both Finance and Accounting from the University of South Carolina.

Mariana Vega leads the Company’s capital strategy with a strong emphasis on investor relations and transparent communication with investors, financial partners, and advisors. She oversees capital raising initiatives, financing structures, and investor reporting, and manages the operational execution within capital markets, acting as liaison with transfer agents, custodians, broker-dealers, and other financial counterparties to ensure accurate processing of transactions, distributions, and redemptions. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Vega worked for an international accounting and advisory firm, advising multinational companies, international investors, and family offices on various U.S. tax matters. She received her BA in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is registered with FINRA, holding Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Alexander “Quinn” Olliver is Director of Asset Management and Compliance for Manufactured Housing Properties Inc., where he oversees a broad portfolio of regulatory, financial, and operational functions supporting the Company and its affiliated entities across the Southeast. His responsibilities span environmental compliance for community water and well systems, business and dealer licensing, and the administration of property taxes across the portfolio. Mr. Olliver works directly with the Company’s insurance brokers, lenders, and adjusters to structure coverage, manage claims, and identify savings across its real estate, cyber, and D&O programs, and he develops reporting models for internal stakeholders, lenders, and investors. He also oversees IT operations and software deployment. Mr. Olliver received BS degrees in both Finance and Marketing from East Carolina University.

K’ernst L. Antoine is Director of Operations for Manufactured Housing Properties Inc., where he oversees the Company’s field operations, coordinating the renovations and maintenance teams and managing capital expenditure projects across the communities. He also leads the sales department, keeping teams aligned around clear priorities, projects on schedule, and on-the-ground performance consistent portfolio-wide. Mr. Antoine’s role centers on translating capital plans into completed work, upholding property standards, and supporting the operational performance of each community. He holds a BS in Engineering, with a concentration in Structural Engineering, from Florida International University.
