Michael Z. Anise
Chief Financial & Operating Officer
Mr. Anise is the President and Chief Financial Officer of MHPC. Mr. Anise has over 20 years of Executive experience in Finance and Accounting, including M&A valuations, Equity & Debt financing, Underwriting & Risk Management. Michael has broad public company experience with the SEC. Mr. Anise is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.
Ms. Allen is a Property Manager involved in leasing and property management. Ms. Allen a native of North Carolina has extensive experience in customer service and is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Vega, a Real Estate Analyst, is responsible for underwriting and for real estate research.He is a senior at the University of Dallas majoring inBusiness Administration.
Adam A. Martin
Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Martin, a member of the investment committee, is responsible for identifying and executing MHPC’s investment strategies. Mr. Martin has 25 years of experience in the acquisition, development, financing and asset management of commercial real estate and structured finance investments. Prior to MHPC, Mr. Martin was a Principal of Pinnacle Capital Partners, a real estate investment and development company. He also worked for Deutsche Bank Mortgage Capital originating and structuring loans for Deutsche’s credit tenant lease/structured products and conduit platforms. During his tenure at Royal & SunAlliance, he originated and managed a multi-billion diversified real estate and structured products portfolio. Mr. Martin graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and a Master’s in Real Estate.

Mr. Vera a Senior. Regional Manager for MHPC is bilingual and has over ten years of real
estate experience in commercial construction and property management.
John Paul Gee
Mr. Gee is a Vice President with MHPC. He is responsible for identifying and underwriting acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Gee is involved in debt sourcing and financial structuring. Mr. Gee has a B.S. in Finance from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Coatley is the Chief Operating Officer for MHPC. He brings over 12 years of property management experience including team leadership, operational processes, procedure management, and construction knowledge. As the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Coatley oversees operations, property management, asset management, and real estate capital improvement projects. Mr. Coatley is a graduate of Defiance College in Ohio.
Julia V. Pererva
Director of Asset Management
Mrs. Pererva is responsible for managing company assets and on site property personnel. Julia started her career in the real estate sector in 2002. Since then, she has worked in various aspects of the industry. Julia received her Bachelor’s degree from Wingate University, majoring in Organizational Management. She holds a NC Real Estate Brokers license and is currently on track towards receiving her CPM designation. Julia is fluent in Russian.
Jacob R. Throneburg

Jacob is a real estate associate focusing on underwriting and closing transactions. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a major in Political Science and a minor Pre-Law. He is a North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
Alexander Quinn Olliver

Mr. Olliver is a real estate associate. He will graduate in December 2017 from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing.
John P. Gee

John is a real estate associate. John is a junior at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte majoring in Finance. He is a graduate of Providence Day School and fluent in Spanish.
Susan is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and oversees the day to day activities of the company. Ms. Walsh works with all members of the team to design and implement strategies to optimize operations and revenue. She ensures that the team has the support and information they need to accomplish company objectives
George “Chuck” P. Houston
Property Manager / Chief Engineer
Mr. Houston has over 35 years of experience in all phases of commercial building operations and management. His previous positions included; Director of Engineering for a 305 room Hyatt hotel, Chief Engineer for a 34 building portfolio and Regional Operations responsibilities for commercial buildings totaling over 1 million square feet in North and South Carolina. Chuck has acted as ownership Project Manager for renovation projects in excess of $8,000.000. He designed and implemented Preventative Maintenance programs for major mechanical equipment for properties in the Carolinas. Developed and implemented procedures for capturing afterhours HVAC usage and above standard electrical consumption for customer owned equipment. Chuck has experienced with both asbestos and mold abatement projects. Mr. Houston attended Wingate College, received the BOMI FMA designation, NC Electrical Contractor license, NC HVAC Contractor license and NC Real Estate Brokers license.
Steven S. Griffen
Mr. Griffin is the Building Engineer and Facility Manager for the VA CPAC Facility located in Smyrna, TN. He oversees the day to day operations of the facility while providing superior service to the tenants. Mr. Griffin has 15 years of experience in facilities management, HVAC installation/repair, remodeling and residential maintenance/construction. Steven graduated from RETS Technical College in Dayton, Ohio where he studied HVAC and Refrigeration systems. He received his HVAC Universal EPA Certification and Diploma in 2002.
Mr. Truesdale has over 36 years of experience in building maintenance. Prior to coming to 200 West 2nd in 2010, Randall worked for Wake Forest University, the local school system and the local newspaper. Randall is a graduate of Forest Technical community college in air conditioning and holds 4 North
Vice President of Operations
Mrs. Harkey is the Vice President of Operations at MHPC and has over 20 years of manufactured housing operations and management experience, from overseeing individual parks, to managing an entire portfolio of manufactured housing communities. Mrs. Harkey heads up leasing and marketing for all communities.
Alexander Q. Olliver
Vice President of Asset Management
Mr. Olliver is the Vice President of Asset Management at MHPC. Mr. Oliver oversees capital asset improvement projects and directs all on site park & regional managers. Mr. Oliver has valuable tools to understand what is required to manage the maintenance and turnaround of newly acquired communities. Mr. Oliver has a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from East Carolina University.
Regional Property Manager
Mr. Haggart is the Regional Property Manager for MHPC and has over 7 years of manufactured housing operations and management experience. Mr. Haggart is responsible for managing all the repair and maintenance required for all properties, as well as supervising onsite management and third-party vendors.
Ms. Bailey is the Accounting Manager for MHPC. Ms. Bailey manages all the accounting responsibilities for our financial operations. Ms. Bailey has over 12 years of accounting experience in various roles including finance and logistics. Ms. Bailey has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Chelsea H. Gee
Vice President of Finance
Chelsea is currently the Vice President of Finance for MHPC where she assists with all financial, SEC, and tax reporting responsibilities. Chelsea is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and Texas. Prior to joining the Company, Chelsea worked for Ernst and Young, LLP for five and half years as a tax accountant where she assisted privately owned businesses and high net worth individuals with tax compliance, planning, and financial reporting. She specialized in businesses with flow-through structures and investments and clients within in the real estate sector. During college, Chelsea worked at Trinity Industries, Inc. in their corporate tax department. Chelsea received her master’s degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University (“SMU”) and was valedictorian. She also received her BBA degree with a focus in accounting and BA degree in Philosophy from SMU.
Mollie L. Boyce
Director Capital Markets for Manufactured Housing Properties, Inc.
Mollie is currently the Director of Capital Markets for Manufactured Housing Properties Inc.; and oversees
capital raising for the company. Her responsibilities include the design, implementation, sales and
marketing of MHPC’s investment programs. A California native, she has spent over twenty years raising
investment capital in the alternative and private equity space, including expanding offerings into the
independent broker dealer channel and promoting products in the alternative investment arena. Mollie
most recently worked with Highland Capital Management in Dallas, TX where she was responsible for
building out their selling group and bringing the company successfully into the 1031 space. Ms. Boyce
received her Bachelor’s Degree in 1993 from Westmont College, located in Santa Barbara, California;
and is currently the securities principal for MHP and is licensed series 7, 63, 55 and 24.
Vice President Capital Markets
Mariana is currently Vice President of Capital Markets for Manufactured Housing Properties
Inc.; and oversees capital raising for the company. Her responsibilities include the design,
implementation, sales and marketing of MHPC’s investment programs. Prior to joining the
company, Mariana worked for an international accounting and advisory firm, advising multi-
national companies, international investors and family offices on various US tax matters.
Mariana a native of Mexico received her bachelor’s degree in communication from the
University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
